How to Unlock User Accounts

If a user enters an incorrect password more than 5 times, this will trigger their account to lock and will require an Administrator to unlock the account.

  1. Click the organization name in the upper left corner of the application.

  2. Click the Settings button.

  3. Click the Users link.

  4. Click the Edit button for the account that is locked out.

  5. Check the Unlock (at the bottom of the user’s editable details is a check box for unlocking the account.

  6. Click Submit

  7. User should now be able to access the login page and reset their password.
