Review Periods

Collecting TFL feedback is handled by Candid’s review system. Candid allows you to schedule review periods for batches of TFLS, making it easy for groups of reviewers to provide feedback via their web browsers.

An analysis can have as man review periods as are needed to complete all TFLs for an Analysis. Review periods are not required and TFLs can be completed without going through the review process.

Review Period Workflow

A review period has four statuses:

1. Setup -> Statisticians determine which TFLs will be reviewed.
2. Team Review -> Analysis team members can view the draft TFLs and provide their feedback by marking up the TFLs.
3. Adjudication -> Statisticians reviews all feedback and decides which ones will lead to TFL changes.
4. Complete -> Statisticians closes the review period.

Review Period Details

The Review Period Details page tells you how the review is progressing.

• Which TFLs are being reviewed.
• Your progress (as a reviewer) toward completing the review.
• The team’s progress toward completing the review.
• The comment and response activity for each TFL in the review.
