Most of customers only have a single organization context (their own). However, if your company does analysis work for other companies (like a CRO) you may need to manage multiple organizations, here’s how.
Click the organization name link under your name in the left hand corner of the application.
Click the gears icon .
Click the Organizations link.
Click the Add button.
The Add User form will open, complete the form.
Required fields are:
Name - Name of the Organization.
Display Name - A short name of the Organization. This value is displayed in the upper left of the application under the name of the logged in user.
Click the Submit button.
