How to Change Your Password

Only applies to users of Candid that require a user name and password to access the application.

1. From the Candid login page, click the Forgot your Password link
2. Enter your login name (typically the first letter of your first name and full last name), click Email Link
3. Check your inbox for an email from Candid.
4. In the body of the email click the ‘here’ hyperlink in Please reset your Candid password by clicking here.
5. A form will open for you to enter a new password. Complete the form and click Reset
6. The succesful password reset page will open, click the click here to log in hyperlink
7. You will be back at the login page. Enter your email address and the new password you just set!

If you are already logged in to Candid, then you can also change your password by…

1. Go to the My Profile page and clicking you Name in the upper left corner of the application.
2. The My Profile page will open, click Change your Password.
3. The change password form will open.
4. Complete the form.
5. Click the Submit button.
